I'n'I Design is rooted in the Jamaican philosophy of I and I — a way of seeing that recognizes the connection between self and other, between the creator and the community they create for and with. It reminds us that the people we design for are not distant users or problems to solve; they are partners in shaping what comes next. This is the foundation of everything we build.

While the world races toward increasingly complex technologies, billions of people are still waiting for something more fundamental: access to information that helps people make informed decisions, a marketplace that keeps communities connected across distance, a pathway to opportunity, a loan to unlock a future. I'n'I Design builds for that reality — not by observing from afar, but by listening, collaborating, and creating alongside the people living it.

That's why I'n'I Design exists: to make sure the people closest to the problem are never far from the solution.

I've spent my career studying connection.

Growing up in Jamaica shaped the way I see the world. It taught me that innovation doesn't begin with technology; it begins with people finding ways to solve real problems with what they have. That belief continues to guide every product we build.

It began in fashion, understanding how people express themselves through what they create and wear. It continued in digital product design, where I discovered that technology is ultimately about relationships — between people, information, and opportunity.

Across healthcare, education, AI, and public interest work, I've found that the challenge is always the same: closing the distance between vision and reality, organizations and communities, ideas and the people they're meant to serve.

I founded I'n'I Design because I believe meaningful products aren't simply designed. They're cultivated through curiosity, collaboration, and deep respect for the people who will ultimately live with them.

Our role isn't just to build technology.
It's to build trust.
